For a flat fee of $700, our Second Opinion Package includes three components:
1. Comprehensive File Review
Before providing our opinion, we take the time to understand your case.
We review the relevant pleadings and disclosure materials you provide to identify the legal and practical issues, understand the history of the matter and assess where things currently stand.
2. Initial Consultation
You'll have a 30-minute one-on-one meeting with one of our lawyers.
This is an opportunity for us to hear directly from you about your situation, including:
Your primary concerns
Your goals and priorities
Where your case currently stands
Decisions you may be facing
Questions you would like independently considered
Your documents tell us part of the story. This conversation helps us understand the rest.
3. Written Opinion & Strategy Meeting
After reviewing your materials and considering the issues you've identified, we'll prepare a written opinion letter setting out our assessment.
You'll then meet with us for a one-hour consultation to discuss our findings.
We'll walk you through our opinion, answer your questions and discuss potential strategies and practical next steps.
Our goal is not simply to hand you another legal opinion.
